Courtney Kanagi

Interim Executive Director

Ms. Courtney Kanagi brings over a decade of dedicated service in the nonprofit homelessness sector to her role as Interim Executive Director of Bridge to Home. Her journey began on the front lines as a street outreach worker, giving her a firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing homelessness.

Through her proven commitment and leadership, Courtney has overseen a broad range of programs, including street outreach, emergency shelter, and interim housing services.

Courtney was invited to join the Board of Bridge to Home in 2021 and bring the expertise learned from her work across Los Angeles and San Diego to Santa Clarita. Born and raised in Newhall, she continues to reside in our community and gives her time to nonprofits that she deeply believes in.

Driven by a belief that everyone deserves a safe place to call home, Courtney advocates for compassionate, community-centered solutions. Her leadership is grounded in empathy, experience, and a vision for a future where housing is a human right accessible to all.

Courtney is excited to step into this role as we search for the future leader of Bridge to Home.
