For 29 years, Bridge to Home has been providing help, hope, and change for people in Santa Clarita who are vulnerable to homelessness.

By addressing the conditions and root causes of homelessness, we create pathways to stable housing for our neighbors in need.
This past year, we are proud of our remarkable achievements: over 100,000 meals served, more than 1,250 households assisted, and 72 households transitioned to permanent housing. With the opening of our new building, we are currently serving over 100 residents, including families with children marking a historic moment for our organization.
Through our Feeding It Forward program, we offer lunch and dinner to anyone in need at our shelter. We also provide showers, laundry facilities, and a safe, welcoming environment every day from 11 AM to 8 PM.

At any given time, there are approximately 600-1000 individuals experiencing homelessness in the Santa Clarita Valley. Homelessness can happen to anyone and everyone’s story is different.
Homelessness is solved by an individualized plan that leads to permanent housing with ongoing supports as needed. Join us in ending homelessness in Santa Clarita.

Bridge to Home has helped thousands of individuals and families get back on their feet. We can continue to change people’s lives, but we can’t do it alone.
