Maintenance & Janitorial Coordinator - Bridge to Home operates an Interim Housing Program providing temporary shelter, meals, and hygiene services for 69 adults and 8 families experiencing homelessness, as well as the Feeding It Forward program, which offers daytime respite services by appointment.

The Maintenance and Janitorial Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of shelter facilities and grounds. This role works closely with Interim Housing Supervisors, the Director of Interim Housing, contracted cleaning services, and administrative staff to support daily operations, coordinate maintenance needs, and assist with procurement. The position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, orderly, and well-functioning residential environment while supporting the supervisory team as needed.
